To enable us to consistently deliver high quality standards of service, we ensure that our processes and procedures are robust and continually improving by complying with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
In addition, we are audited annually by Alcumus, a market-leader in compliance risk management and certification. We are a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher. However, this scheme is scheduled to close in October 2020 and we have therefore registered to become a Third Party Refurbisher (TPR) under the Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher Program.
